Our Mission

At Carolinas Holistic Health and Life Coaching, we provide clients with a deeper understanding of the body’s ability to heal naturally. This comes from incorporating practices that balance the mind, body and soul.

The process of assessing, recommending and tracking supports our clients as they work towards transforming their lives. Functional nutrition counseling plays a crucial role in this. The food you choose to eat controls so much more than your physical appearance. Healthy eating habits lead to feeling more energetic and an overall mood improvement.

Christy M. Duncan

I grew up with chronic fatigue and a weakened immune system. I did not connect what I ate to how I felt.

Nutrition doctors and holistic practitioners told me the body has the ability to heal and reset itself. You can go from feeling weak and fatigued to being healthy and energetic.

My ﬁrst child was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. A dedicated team of holistic practitioners implemented a healthy, holistic diet and exercise and the results were amazing. She no longer needed medications and her quality of life improved dramatically.

This inspired me to help and care for others through encouraging and coaching an active living and healthy eating lifestyle.

Frank Rehak

As a child I had enlarged lungs and was at the hospital often… As a young boy, I rode my bike everywhere and it hasn’t stopped, but you would never know I was often in the hospital.

I raced Motocross in High School and years after, switched to Mountain Biking in the early 90’s. Today I’m still an avid cyclist. I wish I could say living on two wheels has always been great but the truth is… I have had my share of bunks and bruises and always lived with pain in my neck, hips and right thigh. I thought I was going to have to live with these “rusty hinges” until I discovered PEMF.

I was introduced to PEMF some time ago, starting with units that made lots of claims but didn’t deliver. After a relentless search I came across High Intensity PEMF and was able to achieve living almost completely pain free.

I knew I had found something I wanted to share and help others in their journey to wellness and optimal health.
